Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bitstride's websites, APIs, console, documentation, software, and related services. By creating an account, generating an API key, or using the services, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Bitstride services

Bitstride provides distributed machine learning infrastructure for inference, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning workflows, usage metering, and related developer tooling. The services may include beta, preview, or experimental features that can change as the platform evolves.

Accounts and API keys

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, organization, projects, deployments, and API keys.
• You must protect API keys, credentials, model access tokens, and other secrets from unauthorized use.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Customer content and model assets

You retain ownership of prompts, inputs, outputs, datasets, model artifacts, configuration, and other content you submit to Bitstride. You grant Bitstride the rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and operate that content for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Bitstride to violate laws, infringe rights, or process content you do not have authority to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, authorization, metering, or usage controls.
• Do not interfere with platform reliability, probe systems without permission, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use the services to create, deploy, or distribute systems that intentionally harm people, infrastructure, or third-party services.

Usage, billing, and quotas

Bitstride may meter usage by tokens, requests, compute time, job activity, storage, API key, project, organization, or other platform dimensions. Plans, free allowances, prices, quotas, and availability may change, and usage above included limits may be billed according to the plan or order form in effect.

Beta availability

Bitstride is currently evolving quickly. We work to provide reliable infrastructure, but beta or preview services may be interrupted, modified, rate limited, deprecated, or removed. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the services are provided without a guaranteed service level agreement.

Security and compliance

You are responsible for configuring your applications, deployments, data, access controls, and keys appropriately for your own compliance obligations. Bitstride may implement security controls, logging, abuse monitoring, and operational safeguards to protect the platform and its users.

Third-party services

The services may interoperate with infrastructure providers, model runtimes, observability tools, authentication providers, payment processors, and other third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and limits.

Intellectual property

Bitstride and its licensors own the services, software, design, documentation, brand assets, and technology we provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of Bitstride intellectual property to you. You may use Bitstride only as allowed by these terms and applicable documentation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is violating these terms, creating security or reliability risk, causing legal exposure, or using the platform in a way that could harm Bitstride, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the services at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is and as available. Bitstride disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform, laws, or business needs change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
