Connected services
If you authenticate with an identity provider, connect third-party infrastructure, or integrate external model, storage, payment, or observability services, we may receive information needed to operate that integration. The third-party provider may also process information under its own privacy policy.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, monitor, debug, and improve the Bitstride platform.
- Authenticate users, issue API keys, enforce quotas, meter usage, process billing, and prevent abuse.
- Run requested inference, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, deployment, and job management workflows.
- Communicate about product updates, support requests, security notices, billing, and administrative matters.
- Analyze reliability, performance, adoption, and product quality so we can improve developer experience.
Customer content
We process customer content to provide the services, including routing inference requests, running jobs, storing artifacts, generating outputs, and maintaining operational records. We do not claim ownership of your customer content. We do not use customer content to train third-party foundation models unless you explicitly authorize that use or a separate agreement permits it.
How we share information
- With vendors and infrastructure providers that help us host, secure, observe, bill, support, and operate the services.
- With identity, payment, analytics, and communication providers when needed for the feature you use.
- Within your organization account, where administrators or authorized members may access shared projects, deployments, keys, usage, and job information.
- When required by law, legal process, security needs, enforcement of our terms, or protection of rights, safety, and platform integrity.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods may vary based on account status, data type, plan, and configuration.
Security
Bitstride uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use strong credentials, scope API keys carefully, rotate secrets, and configure access controls for your workloads.
International processing
Bitstride and its providers may process information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and processing.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. You can also request that we stop certain communications. To exercise privacy rights, contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
Bitstride is developer infrastructure intended for professional and technical use. The services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, legal obligations, or data practices change. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. The effective date shows when this policy was last updated.
